For over 40 years Art Osborne has achieved a high degree of success as a Producer, Composer, Arranger, Orchestrator for Film and TV, Professional Musician, Music Educator and Adjudicator.
This includes composing and arranging, at the age of 18, the music score for the award winning College Film Festival Movie; "COLOR OF RESPECT". His awards also consist of several ASCAP awards for TV theme song composition and an award from the state of West Virginia for children's TV music.
